Esense
eSense is a digital health platform that supports women experiencing low sexual desire and arousal.
Grounded in scientific research, eSense offers an accessible, private, and cost-effective form of therapy that users can engage with at their own pace.
The program delivers evidence-based interventions with detailed instructions, videos, and real world examples of how to use these tools in your life.
A clinical trial published in Behaviour Research & Therapy validated the effectiveness of eSense, a digital therapy for women with low Sexual Interest/Arousal Disorder (SIAD).
Involving 129 women across North America, the study showed that those using eSense's CBT or mindfulness-based programs experienced significant and lasting improvements in sexual desire, satisfaction, and reduced distress.
Participants with a history of sexual trauma also saw similar benefits.
